Setting Goals for 2022

Tips to help you create goals and stick to them.

  • Write goals for different areas of your life ( work, hobbies, health, friends, family)
  • Set short term goals, ones that can be reached within the first few months
  • Set longer-term goals, ones that will need tweaking periodically
  • Tweak those long-term goals periodically! It is important to revisit your goals.
  • When you kick a goal, reward yourself!!
  • Enjoy the process and don’t make it feel like a chore.
