Setting Goals for 2022
Tips to help you create goals and stick to them.
- Write goals for different areas of your life ( work, hobbies, health, friends, family)
- Set short term goals, ones that can be reached within the first few months
- Set longer-term goals, ones that will need tweaking periodically
- Tweak those long-term goals periodically! It is important to revisit your goals.
- When you kick a goal, reward yourself!!
- Enjoy the process and don’t make it feel like a chore.
