Our meditation classes are perfectly suited to the workplace and we can tailor the classes to suit your specific needs. Meditation classes can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration, your teacher will guide you through some simple breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses, guided meditation and visualisation techniques.
