Massage Modalities:

Remedial Massage – is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body to speed up the body’s own healing processes. Problems with muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause and symptoms of this issue. Your practitioner will use several techniques to assist with the healing and repair of damaged areas along with balancing the length, tone, and tension of muscles and tendons.

Couples Massage – you can choose any of the above modalities with your loved one or friend. You can choose 2 practitioners and enjoy a massage at the same time together on two separate tables.
